CONDITIONS

  • Eleven Eleven reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation without giving a reason.

  • Eleven Eleven reserves the right to change the price of food and beverages at any time.

  • Eleven Eleven accepts no liability for damage caused by the consumption of food or drinks.

  • Eleven Eleven accepts no liability for lost or stolen items.

  • Eleven Eleven reserves the right to evict any guest who behaves inappropriately without refund of the amount paid.

  • Eleven Eleven is not responsible for damage caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters.

  • Eleven Eleven accepts payments in cash or with accepted credit cards. Bank transfers in advance are also acceptable.

  • Eleven Eleven reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

In order to service a table reservation, there are a few steps to follow:

  • Contact: The guest contacts the restaurant either by phone or online and makes a reservation. It is important that the employee writes down all relevant information such as date, time, number of people and any special requests.

  • Confirmation: Once the reservation has been confirmed, written confirmation should be sent to the guest. This can be done via email.

  • Before Arrival: Before the guest's arrival, the restaurant should ensure that the table is ready and that any special requests made by the guest are accommodated.

  • Guest arrival: When the guest arrives, they should be greeted in a friendly manner and shown to their table. The employee should ensure that the guest is comfortable and able to answer any questions.

  • Service during the meal: During the meal, the employee should regularly check on the guest's well-being and ensure that all requests are met.

  • Payment: At the end of the meal, the employee should ask the guest for payment and offer all payment options.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time. alternativewe offer to reschedule your reservation or order the takeaway. However, this does not apply to the special events Christmas parties or weddings.

  • Cancellations for special events, Christmas parties or weddings must be made at least one week in advance. Otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged.
